Puto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    grated coconut
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend all ingredients; stir until smooth. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full with mixture.
    Steam for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the puto comes out clean. Serve with grated coconut.
