Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    10 small new red potatoes, quartered
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. sliced red onions
    dash of parsley
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, mix sausage, potatoes, pepper and thyme. Cook over medium heat, stirring until potatoes are browned. Reduce heat to medium; uncover and cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in all ingredients and continue cooking uncovered until vegetables are crispy and potatoes are tender.
