Apple Crisp Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
5 to 6 apples, sliced
Preparation

Blend together the shortening, brown sugar, cinnamon, oatmeal and flour.
Place apples in a buttered dish.
Cover with crumb mixture.
Bake until brown.
Do not cover.
