Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz. or 15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 block cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook rice in one pan and in another pan brown ground beef and onion.
    Add tomato sauce and simmer.
    Add rice when done.
    Simmer until most of water is gone.
    Stir in cheese.
    Place mixture in long cake pan or Pyrex dish.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
