Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. salad oil or melted shortening
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly with a fork.
    Stir in milk and salad oil or shortening.
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix together, stirring just until flour is blended.
    Do not overmix.
    Fold in 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy and good luck!!
