Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leftover cooked beef (pot roast, steak, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 medium onions
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Grind up beef, (you could accumulate small amounts of leftover beef until you have enough to equal 2 cups, ground up.
    Place the leftovers in a Baggie and freeze until needed), onions and potatoes.
    Place in frying pan with butter and seasonings; mix well.
    Fry over medium heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Can also be baked 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
