Italian Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 T-bone steaks (approximately 2 lb., 3/4 to 1-inch thick)
1 c. Burgundy wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation

Place steaks in shallow dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
