Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In a small bowl mix sugar, salt and baking powder.
In a large bowl beat eggs; add milk, then other dry mixture and beat until well mixed.
If mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. Fill electric skillet 1/2 to 3/4 full with oil.
Heat oil to 380\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 (very hot).
