Summer Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 celery rib, thinly sliced
1/2 c. seedless red grapes
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chopped pecans
leaf lettuce
tomato slices (optional)
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes and raisins. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in pecans. Serve on lettuce. Garnish with tomatoes, if desired. Yields 2 to 3 servings.
