Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes cereal
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Combine onion mixture, hash brown potatoes, sour cream, celery soup and Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Spoon potato mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 17 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Top with crushed cereal and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
