Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Saute the oleo, onion and bell pepper until just tender. Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
    Bake 15 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Meanwhile, grate some sharp Cheddar cheese; sprinkle over top and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
