Crayfish Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    5 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    oregano
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    red pepper
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 lb. raw crayfish meat
    rice
Preparation
    Saute the first 4 ingredients in cooking oil until tender. Add the tomato paste, water, oregano to taste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and red pepper.
    Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
    Add 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup.
    Add the raw crayfish.
    Simmer another 30 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
