Butter Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder or 1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
