Garlicky Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
salt
1/3 c. chopped chives
1 cube butter
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.
Cook potatoes until tender with peeled chopped garlic and salt, remove water and add cream cheese, butter, chopped chives and salt to taste.
Beat with mixer or mash with masher.
Serve hot with slice of butter and sprinkled with more chopped chives.
