Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in a small amount of water
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs (best at room temperature)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix together dissolved baking soda, oil, and eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and add to the above; beat. Add pumpkin and beat again. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
