Crispy Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Rice Krispies
2 lb. bulk sausage, seasoned, fried and drained on paper towel
sprinkle of dry onions
1 c. rice, cooked in water with salt and butter
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
6 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover bottom with layer of Rice Krispies and sausage.
Sprinkle with dry onions, rice and Cheddar cheese.
At this point you can freeze for later use. Combine celery soup, eggs and milk.
Mix and pour over casserole. Sprinkle Rice Krispies over the top.
Put in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
