Italian Garden Soup(Yields 2 Quarts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. chicken broth
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    croutons
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter 5 minutes in large kettle. Add broth, vegetables, salt and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    May be garnished with croutons and/or Parmesan cheese. Quick and easy!
