Pork Chops And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    flour
    2 cans sauerkraut
Preparation
    Season and flour chops.
    Fry until nicely brown and done. Remove chops from pan and drain grease.
    Add flour to small amount of grease left in skillet and brown into a roux.
    Add sauerkraut to the roux and cook until hot and thick.
    Serve with browned chops.
