Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
1 pkg. ground pecans
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Stir in pecans and flour into mixture.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Roll in confectioners sugar; roll again when cool.
