Fresh Ginger-Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peaches
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. peeled and minced ginger root
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    pinch of grated cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 4-cup glass measure.
    Stir carefully. Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and peaches are cooked.
    Stir halfway through.
