Ginger Snaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 cup shortening
1 Tbsp. soda
1 cup molasses
1 Tbsp. salt
2 well beaten eggs
5 cups flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, then remaining ingredients.
Work with hands, if necessary.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place on an oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees 10 - 12 minutes.
