Health Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins or chopped dates
    1 c. water
    1 c. wheat flour
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. All-Bran cereal (or other bran cereal)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
Preparation
    Boil together raisins or chopped dates and water 5 minutes and cool.
    Combine dry ingredients and add raisin mixture.
    Pour into a greased 5 x 9 loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about one hour.
