Country Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 c. new red potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned and crispy-tender, 15 or 20 minutes.
    Add onions and green pepper; continue cooking until crispy-tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Pour off fat.
