Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 venison steaks
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Sprinkle seasoned salt evenly on both sides of each steak. In a one-gallon zip lock bag, place the steaks and pour in the Italian dressing; seal.
    Place the bag into a shallow baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours, turning bag once. Over medium hot coals, place steaks directly onto the grill for 8 minutes.
    Turn and brush with marinade.
    Grill for 8 to 10 minutes more.
