Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 large bag frozen hash browns
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter and mix with all of the ingredients, except for 1/3 of the Cheddar cheese.
    Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until bubbly and cheese melts on top.
