Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. oleo (2 sticks), cut in pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    2 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with nonstick spray.
    In a large bowl, with mixer on medium, beat flour, 1 cup oleo, 1 cup sugar and salt.
    Mixture will resemble fine crumbs.
    Press firmly into prepared pan.
    Bake 20 to 23 minutes or until golden brown.
