Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. pecans
1 single crust pie pastry
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie plate.
Bake in hot preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
