Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head leaf lettuce or romaine
    1/2 c. croutons
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (not spaghetti type, canned Parmesan cheese)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 anchovy fillets (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry lettuce. Tear into bite-size pieces.
    Put in large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, except croutons, into blender.
    Mix about 10 seconds.
    Pour over lettuce, add croutons on top.
    Serve.
