Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hot peppers, ground in blender
    3 bell peppers, ground in blender
    1/4 c. water
    3 c. cider vinegar
    5 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add red or green food coloring and add 1/2 bottle Certo.
    Allow to sit 5 minutes.
    Put in jars and paraffin. Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
