Broccoli And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    2 cups Velveeta (diced)
    2 quarts water
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut thick stem off bottom of broccoli.
    Break and separate. In a large sauce pan bring salt water to boil.
    Blanch broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain well.
    Melt Velveeta in microwave
    Pour over broccoli and serve hot.
