Zucchini Dinner Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    4 stalks celery
    5 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    2 tomatoes
    2 green onions with tops
    1 c. garbanzos or green soy beans
    4 lettuce cups
Preparation
    Quarter zucchini lengthwise and slice thinly.
    Slice celery with leaves.
    Cut tomatoes into wedges.
    Slice onions and tops. Add cooked beans; toss with salad dressing.
    Pile salad into lettuce cups and garnish with radish roses or alfalfa sprouts.
