Crumb Cake(Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped raisins
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and all other ingredients, except the milk.
Save 1/2 cup dry ingredients to put on top.
Add milk; pour in pan.
Top with the 1/2 cup dry mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
