Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tsp. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. cut up rhubarb
butter
Preparation

Line pie pan with pie crust.
Add milk to eggs.
Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg and stir into eggs.
Mix in rhubarb.
Pour in pan. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
