Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. mashed banana
2 tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Add banana. Beat with electric mixer until blended.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add to banana mixture.
Beat well.
Stir in nuts.
Put in loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
