Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 egg whites
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg white stiff, not dry.
    Add sugar, spoonful at a time. Add vinegar and vanilla.
    On well-greased pan, drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
