Big Pot Of Soup(Approximately 2 Gallons) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cabbage chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 large onion chopped
3 ribs of celery chopped
1 small rutabaga
3 parsnips
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 (49 oz.) can chicken broth
1-1/2 lb. chorizo, peeled and cubed small (If you cannot find chorizo you can substitute any spicy sausage)
1 lb. pork, cubed
2 qt. water
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 tsp. dill weed
3 bay leaves
4 dashes of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simmer until veggies are cooked, chill and reheat. (It tastes better that way.)
