Aunt Peggy'S Shrimp Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw shrimp
    3/4 c. regular white rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. mace
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    paprika
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp; cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook rice, drain and cool.
    Saute peppers and onions in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add undiluted soup, cream, mace, salt, pepper, sherry and almonds.
    Turn into 1/2-quart casserole. Refrigerate.
