Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla and beat until light; stir while beating.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
    Pour into two loaf pans, greased and bottom lined with waxed paper.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
