Macadamia Nut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 c. milk, scalded
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
9-inch baked pie shell
sweetened whipped cream
1/4 c. Macadamia nuts
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Add egg yolks, stirring until well blended. Stir in milk slowly. Cook over low heat in double boiler, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Add butter and vanilla. Cool thoroughly.
Pour into baked pie shell. Garnish with cream and Macadamia nuts.
