Baked German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips bacon, cubed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Remove and drain on paper towels. Drain off fat.
    Return 1/4 cup to skillet.
    Add celery and onion and cook 1 minute.
    Blend in flour.
    Stir in water and vinegar; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly. Stir in sugar, salt and pepper.
