Crock-Pot Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken (any cut)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 stalks diced celery
1 large onion, sliced
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green pepper, sliced
Preparation

Take skin off chicken.
Mix all other ingredients.
Place it all in crock-pot and cook approximately 7 hours at low setting. Turn chicken occasionally.
Serve with rice.
