Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. grated, unpeeled zucchini
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 C. Bisquick
    1/4 C. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 C. cheddar cheese
    1/2 C. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing into pie wedges.
