Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chopped preserved ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops and place in baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and refrigerate minimum 8 hours.
    Bake in marinade in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
