Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick grits
    1 stick margarine
    1 garlic cheese roll
    2 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Cook grits according to directions on box.
    Melt margarine and cheese roll together in saucepan.
    Beat eggs well and pour into a measuring cup.
    Fill to make 1 cup with milk.
    Pour the cheese mixture into the grits; then add the egg mixture.
    Stir well.
    Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    This can be made early and refrigerated until baking time.
    If this is done, bake 50 minutes.
