Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon-sugar
    1 c. pecans
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Sift
    dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients and
    mix well.
    Bake in greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0.
    This makes
    2 regular
    loaves,
    or
    6
    to 8 small loaves.
    Bake in regular
    loaf pans approximately 1 hour.
    After baking, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
