Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. Jack cheese
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 small cans sliced black olives
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Boil chicken with cumin, then debone and blend chicken soup, sour cream, olives and chilies in a large bowl.
    Divide into 2 bowls.
    Add chicken and 1/2 of two cheeses into large bowl. Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture onto shells and roll.
    Lay into baking pan; spread other 1/2 of mix on top.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
