Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. peaches
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, salt and butter.
Cook until thick, then add lemon juice.
Pour over peaches and bake.
Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then at 375\u00b0 until done.
