Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
vanilla
Preparation

Place all ingredients in pan and cook until soft ball forms in water.
Beat until creamy and dull looking.
Add vanilla and spread.
If icing hardens too much, add a few drops of hot water and stir well.
