Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    slab of venison (2 inch thick)
    4 tsp. bacon fat
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 c. water (boiling)
Preparation
    Chill meat that has been cleaned and cubed. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each quart jar. Pack meat in jar tight. Do not add liquid. Pressure cook 90 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
