Baked Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 containers beef liver
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 stick vegetable margarine
Preparation
    Brown liver on both sides in olive oil using a skillet.
    Saute chopped up celery and onions; set aside.
    Use a Dutch oven and place liver pieces in bottom.
    Pour in celery and onions.
    Then top with stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious served over white rice.
    (Do not cook liver on top of stove until done.
    Just brown it lightly on both sides. It cooks done in the oven.)
